Cancellations or no shows

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged in writing by the Organiser to confirm receipt. Cancellations must be received more than 3 days prior to the event in order to not incur cancellation penalties. Any cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be liable to a £25 cancellation fee. The Organiser reserves the right to implement the cancellation fee to no shows on the day.

Payment Terms

If cancellation fees are incurred, the payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any future events, to an attendee who has not settled their invoice as per the payment terms.

Payment Methods

Payment must be made to the Organiser in UK Sterling in full and free of all deductions. Payment by invoice, cheque or Visa/Mastercard are all acceptable.

Data Usage

Sponsors reserve the right to contact you to provide support and guidance regarding their product(s), unless the attendee specifies otherwise.

Late Payment

The Organiser relies on the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations.

Warranties and Indemnities

(i) The options as agreed in this contract are only in relation to the stated event and are not transferrable between events

(ii) The Organiser is an independent Organisation and takes no responsibility for the views or actions of any Organisation speaking, attending or promoting at its events

(iii) It may be necessary to change the content and timing of the programme, or the venue. The Organiser cannot be held liable if such changes occur nor for prior notification of these changes

(iv) Should the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, unexpected infection, an act of God or any eventuality beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser shall endeavour to reschedule the event. However, the attendee hereby indemnifies the Organiser and holds Real Response Media harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the attendee.
